Awesome place. Has a little bit of everything you need.

For years, my family has sung the praises of this unassuming corner supermarket and taqueria in Dalton, GA, a town known as a mecca for taquerias. Stepping into this taqueria feels like being transported to a vintage Mexican eatery. The interior boasts earthy tones with bold, vibrant colors as accents, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that instantly sets the stage for an authentic dining experience. The menu, a massive banner proudly displayed on the wall, showcases a variety of traditional Mexican dishes, each one a testament to the rich culinary heritage of Mexico. On this visit, I opted for the gorditas and tacos, and I was not disappointed. Every bite reflected the care and pride that goes into their preparation. The tortillas, handmade by warm, motherly women who seem to pour love into every press of the dough, are a highlight—fresh, soft, and the perfect foundation for the flavorful fillings. The gorditas were plump, perfectly cooked, and bursting with authentic flavors, while the tacos were hot, fresh, and packed with ingredients that tasted like they were straight from a Mexican abuela’s kitchen. Each dish is made to order, ensuring that every plate arrives steaming and delicious. The attention to detail and commitment to tradition make this taqueria stand out in a town filled with competition. Dalton may be brimming with taquerias, but this spot rises above the rest as a true gem. For anyone craving authentic Mexican food served with heart and soul, this taqueria is a must-visit. I wholeheartedly recommend it!

This used to be my go to spot when I worked in Dalton. It still is when I come back to town & visit friends. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and the service is always good as well. I hope to be back soon!

God was unbelievable, perfectly fresh, seasoned just right, just amazing. Would recommend the chicken flautas. Not good if you're in a hurry, did take some time, but well worth the 15-20 minute wait
